I have never ridden a jet ski before, can I participate?

Yes you can!

No prior experience is needed to join our tours. We provide a comprehensive safety briefing, instructions and short training to ensure you are comfortable, confident and safe operating our jet ski.

Introduction and safety briefing will not be deducted from your rental time. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time so you can enjoy the entire jet ski rental time.

How do I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website or contact us via phone/WhatsApp.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your tour, we will first try to reschedule it to another date.
If rescheduling is not possible, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 7 days: full refund
  • Within 7 days: 50% fee
  • Within 24 hours or no-show: no refund

What are the age and weight requirements?

Riders: minimum 16 years old

Passengers: minimum 6 years old and able to reach the jet ski deck with booth feet, accompanied by an adult (18 years and older).

Maximum combined weight per jet ski: 204 kg (450 lbs)

Safety is our top priority. We strictly adhere to these guidelines.

Do I need a boating or driver’s license to operate a jet ski?

No boating or driver’s license is required. All necessary safety gear, a comprehensive safety briefing and operating instructions will be provided to ensure you are comfortable and confident operating a jet ski.

What should I bring?

  • Valid ID for check-in and reservation confirmation
  • Swimwear
  • Towel
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses (with strap recommended)
  • UV protective clothing on hot days or longer tours
  • When bringing a hat, use a chinstrap as winds will be moderate to strong

Optional: snorkeling gear or waterproof camera.

We provide life jackets and all necessary safety equipment.

What happens in bad weather?

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. If rescheduling is not an option we will offer a full refund.

We monitor weather conditions closely to ensure everyone’s safety and the best experience for all our guests.

How many people can ride one jetski?

Two people can share one jet ski, with a maximum combined weight of 400 lbs (204 kg).

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, all riders and passengers must sign a liability waiver before the start of the rental. For minors, the waiver must be signed by a parent, legal guardian, or the responsible accompanying adult before participation.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no hidden costs. The rental price includes equipment and fuel.

Tours depart from Playa Santa Cruz. Easy to find via Google Maps or our Contact Page.
